1. What services do you provide?
I provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including:
Annual physicals and wellness exams
Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, etc.)
Acute/sick visits
Women’s health (Pap smears, contraception counseling, etc.)
Men’s health
Mental health (anxiety, depression)
Preventive care and screenings
2. Are you accepting new patients?
YES. New patients are welcome. Please call the office to schedule your first visit.
3. Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please call the office to confirm coverage.
We also offer self-pay rates for patients without insurance.
4. Do you offer telemedicine visits?
Yes. Telemedicine is available for many conditions, including medication and result follow-ups, and minor acute issues. Certain concerns will still require an in-person evaluation. Same co-pays apply for telemedicine visits as in-person visits.
5. What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring:
A photo ID
Insurance card
A list of your medications (or the bottles)
Any recent medical records or lab results (if available)
6. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
7. What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
8. How do I request medication refills?
Refills should be requested through your pharmacy or via the patient portal. You may also call the office.
Please allow 2 business days for routine refill processing.
Some medications may require follow-up visits or monitoring.
9. Can I get lab work or imaging done at your office?
Routine labs are ordered and then drawn at a partnering laboratory depending on your insurance plan.
Imaging (X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound) is referred to local imaging centers.
10. How do I contact the office after hours?
For urgent issues that cannot wait until the next business day, an on-call provider is available.
For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
11. Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
Yes. Same-day visits are available for urgent issues. Please call early in the day for the best availability.
12. Can I message my doctor through a patient portal?
Yes. Secure messaging is available for non-urgent medical questions, lab results, and medication requests. Please ask for an email link. The patient portal website is patientally.com
13. How often should I schedule a check-up?
Generally, adults should have an annual wellness visit.
Patients with chronic conditions may need more frequent follow-ups.
14. What ages do you treat?
I provide care for adults and children depending on your insurance plan. Please call our office for more information.
